I'm Heather Flottmann, designer and owner of liliputians NYC.

Liliputians started in 2005 as a line of children's clothing and coordinating barrettes.

Through the years, we've expanded into a full fledged children’s boutique

that specializes in all things birthday and everything you'd need for the perfect party.

But don't worry, there are lots of goodies for un-birthdays too!

In addition to the liliputians clothing and barrettes line we also offer

crowns & hats, toys, games, books, jewelry, bath goodies, tutus & pettiskirts,

personalized plates & lunchboxes, shoes, bags & purses, unique kids room decor,

nap mats, blankets, bibs, dolls, and much much more. Most items are handmade in the USA too!

Liliputians reveals my love of art, vintage designs and whimsical themes.

I adore bright colors, retro prints, polka dots and stripes all in the finest fabrics.

And I always try to bring out that little extra something.

Everything from coordinating Mother Daughter sets to Brother Sister designs

are offered in kids sizes 6 months to size 8 and ladies size 0 to 22.

A special layette line is also offered just for babies.

And all are extremely limited editions, many one-of-a-kind.

Custom designs are always welcome too!

All seams are professionally sewn and serged for reinforced, double-stitch durability.

In addition, eChecks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Amex are accepted through PayPal.

Liliputians is located in NYC and sales tax is added to orders that require sales tax and are shipped within NY.
Sales tax is not charged on clothing or shoes, costing less than $110 per item or pair.
Sales tax will be charged on all other items sold on the liliputians web site that are shipped within NY state.

Orders take 5-10 business days (usually much less) for completion plus shipping time. 

Order for birthday shirts or birthday outfits generally ship in 2-3 days since they are such time sensitive orders.

If you need your order immediately, please contact me and I will be happy to accommodate if possible. It's rare that I can't! 

Shortly after your order is placed,

you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an estimated shipping date. 

Packages are shipped by your choice of USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, USPS Express Mail, FedEx or UPS.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with its tracking number.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping & Handling Rates for Addresses within Canada and the United States are as follows:

Order Total: Up to $50 - Shipping and Handling: $5.00

Order Total: $50.01 to $100.00 - Shipping and Handling: $7.00

Order Total: $100.01 to $150.00 - Shipping and Handling: $8.00

Order Total: $150.01 to $250.00 - Shipping and Handling: $9.00

Order Total: $250.01 and up - Shipping and Handling: $10.00

Orders from other international locations are welcome. 

Shipping costs for ALL other locations are as follows:

Order Total: Up to $99 - Shipping and Handling: $12.00

Order Total: $99.01 - $199.00 - Shipping and Handling: $24.00

Order Total: $199.01 - $299.00 - Shipping and Handling: $34.00

Order Total: $299.01 - $499.00 - Shipping and Handling: $44.00

Order Total: $499.01 and up - Shipping and Handling: $50.00

If needed, expedited shipping is available at the buyer's expense. 

Insurance is optional but recommended - $1.30 per $50. of coverage.

I cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or late delivered items once taken to the post office, FedEx or UPS.

 

Due to the time that goes into making custom,

hand-crafted items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. 

If an item does not fit correctly, please notify me within one week of receipt. 

Minor alterations will be performed free of charge or an item may possibly be exchanged for another size.

Please note that personalized items and custom orders are FINAL sales.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

Altered/exchanged items will be shipped back to the purchaser free of charge.
