This past week, I had the pleasure of receiving some fabulous photos for the liliputians happy little people gallery. This is truly one of the highlights of my job; the rare occasions that I get to see liliputians custom designs on their intended. So imagine how excited I am to be adding FIVE new photos to the liliputians web site!

We have a birthday girl celebrating her 5th birthday in a hot pink birthday outfit. And another beautiful birthday girl glamming it up in her cupcake dress on her 7th birthday. Then there is the birthday boy celebrating his 1st big day (sock monkeys anyone?) and the regal birthday boy celebrating his 2nd birthday in his number shirt. And last but not least is the brother sister group shot of “O,” “M,” “K,” and little “C” in their custom initial shirts. Fantastic!

We LOVE birthdays here at liliputians, although this statement should be pretty obvious with our line of birthday outfits for girls & boys, birthday dresses, girls & boys birthday shirts, birthday barrettes, birthday invitations (yes, we now carry Monkey Tails most amazing birthday invitations and thank you cards made to match some popular liliputians designs) and even birthday jewelry and birthday party favors and gifts (like the fun play food cupcakes & other goodies by Child’s Play Crochet and cupcake purses by Patti Burgess).

But I digress, what we LOVE the most here at liliputians is happy birthday boys and girls in their special liliputians designs. Our week was brightened by a 3-year old birthday girl who looked so cute on her big day. We hope it was a VERY happy occasion!

Liliputians is honored to have played a small role in birthday girl Gigi’s 5th birthday and birthday girl Nora’s 4th birthday.  Their cute photos (in their liliputians birthday shirts) have been added to the Happy Customers page.

Happy customers make me happy. I’m even happier when I get to hear feedback about how happy they are. And it makes me the happiest when I get to see the birthday girl or birthday boy on their big day wearing their liliputians birthday outfit!

The liliputians NYC happy customers page has been brightened yet again. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any cuter!

Two more cuties had their photos added to our gallery. This time it’s Izzy in her special 4th birthday outfit (I wonder what was in that present?!?) and Andie in her Christmas outfit for her first holiday ever (awwwwww, what an honor!).

Another fun and oh-so-cute customer photo was posted to the liliputians NYC gallery. Check out the Pop Art Princess in her Marilyn Monroe Shirt along with her matching Norma Jeans. Hurry though, there is only 1 left of her cute outfit!

I just love pictures of happy little people wearing their liliputians clothing! So I was thrilled to discover 2 such photos among the spam, advertising requests, bills, and correspondence in the mess that is called the liliputians NYC inbox. There’s a beyond cute photo of one pumpkin picker in her peas peace sign shirt. And check out the adorable birthday girl on her trusty steed. Now there’s a happy big person here too - no photo of me though!

Seeing these photos always puts a smile on my face and is a huge perk of my job. It’s really a special feeling to see my designs on their intended wearer, whether it’s a birthday outfit for girls or for boys, a colorful summer dress, custom outfit or fancy pant set. Thanks for your business and for taking the time to share the pictures with me and all those who visit liliput!

For both little and big girls, the Frida Kahlo Inspired skirt is my perennial favorite of the liliputians boutique. Lily and I wear ours constantly and still get compliments every time. It’s amazing how many Frida fans and art-lovers there are. And then there are also the people who just like the skirt and aren’t that familiar with Frida (or at least yet).

Today I received this really great photo from a hula-hooping, happy customer, artist, and all-around fun girl, Emily of Crazy Cakes. Emily ordered a Frida skirt with a variation. Instead of the contrast band at the bottom hem, her skirt has a black ruffle for more swing. All the better for hula hooping . . .
